with any of these issues?

Don’t worry, you’re in the right place.

Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Pelvic floor physical therapy (PFPT) is the same as orthopedic physical therapy but specifically targets the pelvis and pelvic floor area. It focuses on treating issues related to pelvic pain, the functions of urinary, bowel, and sexual health through assessment and treatment of the muscles, nerves, connective tissue and joints of the pelvis and pelvic floor. The muscles and soft tissue of the pelvic floor support and help facilitate proper functioning of the pelvic organs, such as the bladder, uterus, and prostate. Just like muscles in other parts of your body, pelvic floor muscles contract, relax, and open and lengthen, providing strength, stability, and flexibility, both in isolation and coordination with other parts of the body.

Orthopedic Care

Orthopedic physical therapy focuses on the treatment of musculoskeletal issues, including injuries or conditions affecting bones, muscles, joints, ligaments, and tendons. Through targeted exercises, manual therapy, and personalized care plans, orthopedic physical therapy supports recovery and enhances overall physical performance, enabling patients to get back to daily living and return to sport.

Sexual Health Counseling

Sexual counseling is a client-centered process where you can address concerns you have about your sexual health—whether it’s related to dysfunction, pain, intimacy, or other types of challenges. In this safe, nonjudgmental space, you’ll receive support, education, and problem solving strategies to improve your sexual well-being, communication, and satisfaction. We’ll also explore how things like identity, medical conditions, pelvic health and orthopedic issues might be affecting you. Together, we’ll create a realistic plan to move you forward, helping you feel more confident and positive about your sexual health.

With in-home and online visits, care is faster, easier, and more comfortable for you to access whenever and wherever you need it.
